How to Place Your Order

Q1. PRODUCTION LEAD TIMES

Click on the "LEAD TIMES" tab to the right to see our current Production Lead Time, and to see how soon you could have your new kit if you ordered today.
For urgently required orders which fall outside our lead time a 50% surcharge to fulfil the order may be requested.
 

Q2. THE DESIGN PROCESS

A

Not sure what design you would like?  Take a look at our Cycling Kit Designer for inspiration at CyclingKitDesigner.net. Alternatively if you have a design in mind, our experienced Artroom Team will assist you in placing your logos in the correct positions to bring your ideas to life. 


We can even match an existing design from another manufacturer, supply us with a sample garment or an old artwork proof and we'll do the rest.


Click on the "USEFUL LINKS" tab to the right for information on how to supply your artwork and logos, and information relating to possible logo placements.
 

Q3. UNSURE OF YOUR SIZES

A

Click on the "USEFUL LINKS" tab to the right and follow the "Request a Sample" link to fill in all the necessary details on the Sample Request Form.


The loan of size samples is a free of charge service if you return the samples to us in pristine condition.


Please note that credit card details will be taken as security for this service to ensure all samples are returned within the stipulated timeframe.  Un-returned samples will be charged at full cost.
 

Q4. PLACING YOUR ORDER

Download and complete our Customer Order Form which can be found in the "USEFUL LINKS" tab to the right.


Then all you have to do is email our Customer Services Department at sales@sportsandleisurebrands.co.uk attaching the completed order form.

Q5. APPROVING YOUR DESIGN

A

Once you have provided our Artroom Team with all the necessary details we will produce a visual of your artwork for you to approve prior to manufacturing.


Should you require any amendments then please specify these on the "SLB Sign-off Sheet" which will be forwarded onto you at the same time as receiving your artwork proof.


Please refer to our Customer Artwork Requirements Document for information on artwork charges.This can be found in the "USEFUL LINKS" tab to the right. Once you are satisfied and happy with your design then please reply with the words "ARTWORK APPROVED" on the SLB Sign-off Sheet.


Artwork FOC on orders £500 before VAT and above. T&Cs apply.
 

Q6. BILLING

A

We require full payment on all first orders.


For customers wishing to apply for a credit account this can be done by completing and returning to us a copy of our Credit Application Form which also refers to our SLB Terms and Conditions.  Both can be found in the "USEFUL LINKS" tab to the right.


All future orders require an initial deposit of 50% when placing the order to secure production time. The remaining 50% is due upon receipt of purchase.
 

Q7. DISPATCH

We endeavour to dispatch all our orders in an agreed timely manner.  Delivery charges can be found in the "USEFUL LINKS" tab to the right.


Deliveries will be dispatched by our mail carrier and can take up to 3 - 5 working days.  For a guaranteed delivery time please contact our Customer Services Department where applicable charges will be applied.
                    
 

Q8. SETTING UP YOUR CLUB SHOP

A

YourClubShop.co.uk is an easy to use virtual shopping experience for your club and your club members.

 

Our unique online service allows club members to purchase your club’s custom kit from their exclusive password protected ‘Club Shop' eliminating the need to wait for a bulk order to be placed. Open an ‘Order Window’ and your club members could also benefit from bulk order pricing.

 

Once set up, bulk orders can be placed using this facility with your unique club password. Payment can either be processed straight away or alternatively placed on account once a Credit Application Agreement has been authorised.

Commit to your order today and know exactly when you should expect delivery of your new custom kit.

We will provide an artwork proof within 5 working days of receiving all necessary information required to complete the artwork. Please see our CUSTOMER ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS for more information.

We are currently working on a 7 week manufacturing lead time from approval of your artwork.

Approve your artwork before 24th November 2017 and receive your kit by 26th January 2018.  Please note, the 7 week lead time also includes the additional 2 week Christmas Break.
