Kate Richardson Joins Life Plus Wahoo

The Alba Develop Road Team was established with the primary purpose of providing a platform for rider development. The ultimate goal is for the riders to grow and progress into the upper echelons of the sport.

For most riders, this happens over 2-3 seasons depending on experience, but Kate Richardson is an exception. After an outstanding first full season including winning every classification she was eligible for in the prestigious Rás na mBan stage race in Ireland in September 2022 and being selected for the Great Britain Cycling Senior Academy Squad, Kate has now been rewarded with a transfer to Life Plus Wahoo. She was a key member of the team last season and will definitely be missed, but this is incredible news and really epitomises what the team is all about.
