Le Petit Grand Prix, Lincoln - Sponsored by Impsport

Friday, 12th August 2016

Just three weeks to go until entries close for Le Petit Grand Prix in our home city, Lincoln. The event is under £30 and you get hot food and a High5 goody bottle included in the entry fee. Even if you are not local to Lincoln it's well worth the trip to see some stunning scenery and face the famous Michaelgate climb. Organisation is via ITP Events who we've worked with for a numbers of years - you can be assured of a well organised and supported event.

The objective of Le Petit Grand Prix is to introduce riders to cycling in and around Lincoln and the beautiful Wolds (an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty). There is a shorter distance for new riders or those returning to fitness. The longer routes are £29 and the shortest route is £20. Enter this sportive and you will quickly find yourself on some of the quietest roads anywhere in the country. Don’t get caught out thinking Lincolnshire is flat though. It is in places, but it is grippier than you think in the Wolds.
