Alba Development Road Team are a Scottish based women's elite development cycling team, with the prime objective of providing the platform, support, guidance, mentoring and race programme to fulfil potential and achieve individual objectives.

This May the team are compeating in their inaugral Tour Series - starting in Guisborough (Yorkshire) which in last years event saw dramatic victories for eventual men’s champions Ribble Weldtite Pro Cycling and the talented Great Britain Under-23 women’s team.
